Royal Society of Medicine Poster Prize for Kavin, a St George's student

Congratulations to Kavin Sathananthan, a student at St George's, University of London for winning first prize for his poster on the results from a forthcoming Airways updated review on mucolytics for COPD.  The poster was presented at the 'Respiratory medicine: student and trainee taster evening' held on Wednesday 17 October 2018 at the Royal Society of Medicine.  Kavin had this to say about his experience of working with Cochrane Airways:

"In terms of working with Cochrane Airways I would say it's been a very rewarding experience.  It's really helped me understand what goes into writing a systematic review and how to deal with the challenges that can come up. The Airways team has been so accommodating which has made the experience all the more enjoyable!  Winning the prize came as such a suprise as there were a number of interesting posters on the night and I was honestly just happy to be there!  I must thank Becky, Airways' Co-ordinating Editor who gave me advice on the abstract and who has been so supportive during the experience with this Cochrane Review Group."
